Dr Pettyjohn is absolutely wonderful she answers all of my questions with such kindness and patience. Her calm and positive energy in the delivery room were reassuring to me even when things were not going as planned. She's amazing

I was very fortune to have Dr Ackerman as my Ob-gyn where I lived at Boston, she help me during my last pregnancy of Twins. I had a high-risk pregnancy with incompetent cervix since my week 15 when I stayed at bed until my babies were born at 31 weeks in BWH. I was studying my Ph D at NEU, so I was in a point to get me crazy and her comfort and care help me through the process. Now I can say, I truly recommend Dr Ackerman for her experience and knowledge, also because she made me feel confident and have a really supportive physicians’ team. Elizabeth and Ruben now are healthy and happy kids.

I really could not be any happier with my experience so far at Commonwealth OB-GYN. Dr. Leigh is kind, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and approachable. Everyone I have interacted with at the office has been this way. I couldn't have chosen a better place.

Jessica does a really thorough job answering all questions. Usually when I go to a doctor I feel rushed. I know Jessica is just as busy, but she slows her pace down, and for the time that she sees me makes me feel that I am her only focus. I am really grateful for her thoughtful approach.

I was worried about coming to the clinic for my annual exam given COVID. However, I was brought back by the MA from the waiting room within 1 minute of sitting down, seen by Dr. Pettyjohn within 2 minutes of being roomed, and everyone was excellent about wearing masks properly and hand hygiene. I felt very safe as a high risk patient.

Dr. Pettyjohn (as well as many of the other doctors at the practice) is amazing. She's kind, thoughtful, understanding, and has such a calming persona.
Through all the good and sometimes not-so-good times, you know that she's listening and hears your concerns. I am so very pleased to be a patient of hers.

I first met Dr. O'connor virtually and she listen to all my concerns and came up with an amazing plan that no one else had thought of. My first visit felt like she had been my doctor for years. She is warm, caring, and includes you in your plan of care which is important to me. If you are looking for a GYN Dr. that will listen to and go above and beyond to research a plan and diagnosis your condition Dr. O'connor is the Dr. for you.
